Each Category will have a film selected, with an award presented to the Director of each category's winning film.
Here are the submission details:
- All films must be in DVD or VHS format
- Each film must include a cast list and film credits
- Determine the entry fee as detailed below

Please be sure to sign the Duplication Authorization so the Festival may present your film in advertisements, brochures and other Festival literature. This gives your film more exposure to the Film Industry.
The Gulf Coast Film and Video Festival will be only be giving awards this year. However, we will be happy to assist you with information for your accommodations suggest using the Hampton Inn& Suites in Webster or the Holiday Inn in Nassau Bay.
Category winners announced and trophies given at the Awards Dinner on Sat. Sept.20th 2003.
We welcome the opportunity to return your submitted film. When submitting your film to the Gulf Coast Film and Video Festival, please include return postage if you desire your film to be returned.
